The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to amend the cause title to add the victim as party respondent No.2, since offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, are also registered against the applicant.

Leave to amend, to add the victim as party respondent No.2. The amendment be carried out forthwith by appropriately concealing the identity of the victim.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 24th September, 2024, "High on Board."

The respondent No.2 shall be served through Investigating Officer, for which purpose the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the Investigating Officer.
