Since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant accused, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application to add the informant as respondent No.2.

Leave is granted to carry out the aforesaid amendment. The same shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 29.08.2024, High on Board.

Respondent No.2 shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the investigating officer.
