On 27.03.2025 the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP both were heard and on perusal of the investigation papers and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. However, the learned counsel for the applicant requested that he has not received the injury reports and therefore, he want to go through the injury report. Therefore, matter was adjourned and kept today.

Today, the learned counsel has raised the ground that there is non compliance of Section 50 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Article 22(1) of the Constitution of India. Admittedly, this ground was not raised till this Court shows his disinclination to grant bail and when this Court has shown disinclination this ground is raised by the learned counsel for the applicant. This ground is also not raised in

ba18.25.O.odt the application which is filed by the applicant. Now, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to file an amendment application.
