Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant, who is appointed to espouse the cause of the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The learned Counsel for the applicant invited attention of the Court to the roznama of the proceedings before the Court of Session in SC No.4 of 2015. The roznama indicates that bail application preferred by the applicant was pending before the Court of Session on 28th February, 2024. In the circumstances, it may be expedient to obtain a report from the Court of Session about the status of the said bail application and also the stage and progress of the trial in SC No.4 of 2015.
