The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, in the light of the subsequent development. It is pointed out that the Division Bench of this Court has discharged the applicant from the charges under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999. In the light of this development, the applicant desires to approach the Sessions Court afresh for bail.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court for bail afresh.
