This Court is informed that respondent No.2 i.e. victim was sought to be served, but she could not be located at the known address. Since offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act are registered in the present case, it would be appropriate that the High Court Legal Services Committee appoints an advocate from its panel at the earliest.

Hence, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel immediately for representing respondent No.2.
