DATED:- 12th AUGUST, 2024 PC :- 1) After hearing for some time and when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, the learned Counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the trial Court. 2) Considering the period of incarceration, permission to withdraw bail application is granted with liberty to move afresh before trial Court after one year, if there is no progress in the trial. 3) The Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly. 4) The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to submit a copy of this order on the record of the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today.
