None for Applicant. Bail Application is numbered as 111 of 2024. Interim Application No.86 of 2024 seeks appointment of Advo0cat through Legal Aid.

Heard Mr. Dabke, learned APP for Respondent - State. 3.

This is an Application seeking enlargement on bail filed through the jail by post.

Interim Application No.86 of 2024 seeks request for appointment of an Advocate through legal aid for the Applicant. 5.

It is seen that the Applicant has been apprehended on

09.11.2021 and is in incarceration for the past 2 years and 4 months, charge against him which is noted from the Application made is under Section 363 and 364A of Indian Penal Code, 1860, inter alia, pertains to kidnapping and kidnapping for ransom.

Since the application is made through jail, save and except the aforesaid information and delineating bail jurisprudence, there is no other detail whatsoever stated in the Application. Court is therefore completely handicapped to understand the case of Applicant. 7.

Role of the Applicant in the crime is also not spelt out by him in his letter addressed to the Court. It is seen that crime has been registered under C.R.No.565 of 2021 and Station Case No.180 of 2022 under Section 363 and Section 364A of Indian Penal Code, 1860 against the Applicant.

Mr. Dabke, learned prosecutor enters appearance in the present Application. He would submit that he would call for all details from the Investigation Officer and place the same before the Court before the next date.

The Investigating Officer in the present case is directed by this Court to place on record through the prosecutor all details rather all documentary details of the present case and pertaining to the present case.

Investigating Officer shall make three sets of the said documents which will be required by the Court to determine the present Bail Application alongwith his status report and give one set of the papers to the learned Prosecutor, one set to this Court and the third set to the Advocate appointed by this Court to represent the Applicant through legal aid, in view of the Applicant's Interim Application No.86 of 2024.

Ms. Priyanka H. Chavan, Advocate practicing in this Bar is appointed by this Court to represent the Applicant through legal aid in Bail Application No.111 of 2024. Interim Application No.86 of 2024 thus stands allowed and disposed.

Mr. Dabke learned APP to ensure that the third set of documents is handed over to Ms. Priyanka H. Chavan, Advocate within a period of one week from today.
