Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel appearing for the complainant submitted that he has received instructions from the complaint that he has engaged other advocate to represent him, hence, requested to discharge his appearance. Mr. Phatate, learned counsel, submitted that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the complainant and he undertakes to file vakalatnama during the course of day.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the appearance of Advocate - Mr. Tushar Sonawane for complainant is discharged.
