The substantive application for anticipatory bail of the co-accused-Supriya Mangesh Patil was rejected by His Lordship Justice Amit Borkar vide order dated 21.06.2023. On 18.10.2023 this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.) had allowed the application for temporary bail of the 1/2

PMB 7.ba.165-24.doc co-accused-Supriya Mangesh Patil on medical grounds. Though, the office note indicates that the Bail Application No.2828 of 2023 is disposed, what was disposed was a temporary bail application.

In this view of the matter, I am of the opinion that the office may re-verify if the applications pertain to the assignment of this Court.
