By an order dated 10th October, 2022 in Bail Application No.157 of 2020, this Court had requested the Special Court (MCOCA), Thane to make an endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year thereof. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that there has not been any substantial progress in the trial of the MCOCA Case No.1167 of 2023 (Original Sessions Case No.24 of 2017 at Sessions Court, Thane).

Registry to call report from the concerned MCOCA Court about the progress of the trial in MCOCA Case No.1167 of 2023 and likely time required to conclude the trial.
