Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Pethe, learned APP for Respondent.

Applicant in the present case is incarcerated since 2017. However in his usual fairness Mr. Shaikh would inform the Court that the case was posted before Trial Court today for judgement. 3.

He would submit that he has no instructions as to what has transpired today. If the judgement is not passed the learned Trial Court is requested by this Court to endeavour and pass the judgement as expeditiously as possible. This is only in view of the fact that Applicant is in long incarceration since 2017 and hence the matter for bail can be heard on the next date. If judgement has been passed today, liberty to parties to move the Court earlier.
