The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 11th July, 2024 in cause title the name of the applicant be corrected to "Ashu Nanak Pandey" in place of "Anshu Nanak Pandey". Likewise, in paragraph No. 7 the name of advocate for intervenor/ first informant is inadvertently mentioned as "Mr. Ashu Pande" instead of "Mr. Atulkumar Pandey".

In the order dated 11th July, 2024 in cause title the name of the applicant be corrected to "Ashu Nanak Pandey" in place of "Anshu Nanak Pandey". And in paragraph No. 7 the name of advocate for intervenor/ first informant be replaced by "Mr. Atulkumar Pandey" instead of "Mr. Ashu Pande". 6.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
