Heard Mr. Upadhyay, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Dabke, learned APP for State.

After arguing the matter for more than 35 minutes and taking me through the voluminous record, Mr. Upadhyay would submit that he seeks more time to argue the present Bail Application. He would submit that during the course of making submissions, he has started feeling unwell and therefore seeks adjournment. 3.

Mr. Dabke has opposed the adjournment sought by Ms. Upadhyay by stating that Mr. Upadhyay has argued the matter for more than 35 minutes today. However, considering the request made by Mr. Upadhyay on health grounds, I am inclined to accept his request.
