By Order dated 16.01.2024, this Court had issued notice to the Respondent No. 2 and the same was made returnable on 06.02.2024. The said notice was received by the victim and the victim has intimated to the Investigating Officer that an Advocate through the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai be appointed. Accordingly, by Order dated 13.02.2024, Mr. Sudhanva Bedekar was appointed to represent the interest of the Respondent No. 2. 2.

However, on the earlier occasion, some discrepancy was noticed with respect to the signatures of the victim and therefore, Ms. Kaushik, learned APP appearing for Respondent No. 1 - State mentioned the matter out of turn. She stated that today, father of the victim is personally present in Court and confirms that the signatures are of the victim. He also states that an Advocate through High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai be appointed. By Order dated 13.02.2024, I have already appointed Mr. Sudhanva Bedekar. Anand Page No.1
