By order dated 3rd May 2024, notice was issued to the Respondent No.2, since it was bail application for offence under the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The Office note shows that the spare copies are not supplied by the Applicant's counsel and, therefore, the notice could not be issued.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the spare copy was already supplied but he will supply one more copy. 3.

Learned APP states that though by the same order dated 3rd

2 / 2 31-ba-208-2024 o.odt May 2024, the investigating Officer was directed to inform the Respondent No.2 about pendency of this Application, and the next date of listing, it was not done. He seeks further time to comply with those directions. Hence, the following order:

ORDER

i) Learned counsel for the Applicant supply a copy within ten days from today. After that, issue fresh notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 18th July 2024. ii) The investigating Officer shall inform the next date of the listing to the respondent No.2 and shall make a statement to that effect before the Court on the next occasion.

iii) Pendency of this Appeal shall not come in the way of Trial Court to conduct the Trial expeditiously. iv) Neither the prosecution nor the defense shall take unnecessary adjournments before the Trial Court. v) Stand over to 18th July 2024.
