"1. The learned A.P.P. submits that both the applications were heard at length by Coordinate Bench (Coram: Madhav J Jamdar, J) and thus they be placed before the same Court. The Registry shall take steps to place the matters before the same Court."

In view of above order the matter is placed before this Court today. However, as per the Notice regarding change of roaster, it is specifically stated that upon change of roaster part-heard matters shall stand released and shall be placed before the Hon'ble Court as per the roaster. I have heard this matter in or about March-April 2024 and thereafter the roaster has changed in June 2024 and now again in January 2025. Thus, the matter cannot be taken up by this Court.

Accordingly, office to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Bench.
