Considering the nature of submissions made on behalf of the applicant, it would be appropriate that a clear copy of the medical examination report is placed on record before this Court. The copy of the same titled as Medico-Legal Examination Report of Sexual Violence at page Nos. 69 to 75 of the present application, is not sufficiently clear for this Court to appreciate the contentions raised on behalf of the applicant.

Hence, the learned APP is requested to make available a clear and legible copy of the aforesaid Medico-Legal Examination Report of Sexual Violence pertaining to the victim in the present case, on the next date of hearing.
