This application is taken up for consideration on the basis of a letter received from the accused under-trial. 2.

Mr. Mane, learned counsel has been appointed by the High Court Legal Services Committee to represent the applicant. He submits that, he does not have any papers pertaining to the present case and that chargesheet has been already filed. 3.

It appears that the applicant, in the present case, was arrested in the year 2017.
