It is true that when this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre, J.) was not inclined to grant the bail, it was withdrawn on 29th November 2021 (Page No.219). Later on, this Court has granted bail to Accused - Samadhan Gaikwad in Bail Application No.3356 of 2021. (Page No.207). As per the said order, the Application of Co-accused Rahul Korven is rejected. It is true that while passing that order, on behalf of Satish Sangar 1/2

The POCSO Act is not involved. It is not clear why Respondent No.2 - Complainant was heard. Let the papers of those two Applications be called.
