The learned counsel for the applicant points out that after rejection of the application of the applicant for grant of bail, the coaccused has been granted bail by the trial Court. Considering the subsequent events, he wants to withdraw the present application with liberty to move a fresh application before the trial Court. 2.

Permission to withdraw the bail application is granted with liberty to move afresh before the trial Court in view of change in circumstances referred to hereinabove.
