After hearing for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to move afresh if there is no progress in trial.

Leave to withdraw present application is granted with liberty to the Applicant to file fresh application for bail before Trial Court after one year, if there is no progress in trial. 3.

The High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai shall pay appropriate fees to Advocate Ms.Shraddha Pawar for espousing the cause of Respondent no.2.
