CORAM : MANISH PITALE, J.

DATE : DECEMBER 17, 2024 P.C. :

.

After arguing for some time, Ms.Patil, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw this application. However, it is pointed out that since the applicant has suffered incarceration from August 2018, this Court may consider issuing appropriate directions for expeditious disposal of the trial. 2.

Since charge was framed on 16.09.2022 and the list of witnesses shows that the prosecution intends to examine only 15 witnesses, the proceedings before the trial Court can be expedited. 3.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and to dispose of the trial on or before 31.10.2025. 5.

If the trial is not completed within the said period of time, liberty is reserved to the applicant to renew his prayer for bail. (MANISH PITALE, J.) MINAL SANDIP PARAB MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2024.12.17 18:20:50 +0530 Minal Parab 1/1
