DATE : 24.07.2024 Learned APP was directed to obtain the status report of the analysis of the sample i.e. mobile phone as well as other articles. She has placed on record the documents. It reveals from perusal of the documents that the analysis has not been completed. The in-charge of the Hinganghat Police Station has been informed by F.S.L. Nagpur that analysis of the samples for the 2017-18 is in progress.

In my view, it is high time to call the in-charge of the F.S.L., Nagpur and direct him to file an affidavit as to why there has been delay in analysis of the samples. This is not the only one matter in which delay has occurred. Even in case of DNA analysis of the samples, the samples are not analyzed in time and in some cases, it is noticed that DNA reports which favour

The in-charge of the F.S.L., Nagpur is directed to file affidavit for inordinate delay in analysis of the samples in such vital and important cases. He shall file his affidavit on Monday i.e. 29.07.2024. 4.
