: MILIND N. JADHAV, J.
DATE : FEBRUARY 10, 2025.
P.C.:
1.
Heard Mr. Penthalia, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Yadav, learned APP for Respondent - State.
2.
Considering the role of the Applicant inflicting the blow on the injured victim's head by the iron scissor as also the precursor to that specific incident, I expressed my opinion to the Advocate for Applicant that I was not inclined to grant the bail. 3.
Mr. Penthalia would persuade me to not pass any orders on merits and allow the Applicant to withdraw the present Bail Application. He would submit that Applicant is behind bars for 20 months and his long incarceration be considered by the Court.
45.BA.341.24.doc 4.
Needless to state that if there is any change of circumstances, this Court shall consider the same.
5.
In view of the above, Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
