DATED:- 14th OCTOBER, 2024 PC :- 1) After hearing for sometime and on showing disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move afresh after six months.

2) Permission is granted to withdraw the application in view of the mandate under Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 to move before the trial Court after six months, if there is no progress in trial.
