After hearing for some time and after showing disinclination to grant bail, learned counsel for Applicant seeks permission to withdraw present bail application. Learned counsel for Applicant has filed a written request to that effect, of the wife of Applicant who is personally present in the Court and has been identified by learned counsel for Applicant. The request letter is taken on record and marked as Article-X for identification.

Permission is granted to withdraw Bail Application. Application stands disposed off as withdrawn 3.

At this stage learned counsel for Applicant seeks liberty to move fresh if there is no progress in the trial in near future. 4.
