The application is for grant of bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that the Investigating Officer has forwarded a letter to the Tahsildar to hold the identification parade to ascertain the involvement of the present applicant. However, Tahsildar has shown his inability to hold the T.I. parade as he is deputed on election duty.

Considering the applicant is behind bar since 23rd February, 2024 and T.I. parade is not yet held, the Investigating Officer shall intimate the Tahsildar to hold the T.I. parade.

The applicant is permitted to move the application during vacation.

5.

The Investigating Officer shall take appropriate steps to comply regarding the T.I. parade within one week.

6.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move before the Vacation Court.
