In this case, it is fairly pointed out that earlier bail application moved by the very same applicant, was dismissed by a detailed order on merits on 16.11.2024.

In that light, the learned counsel for the applicant desired to press the present bail application on the ground of long incarceration suffered by the applicant, as he was arrested on 22.03.2018.

This Court is further informed that as on today, the first informant i.e. the victim is herself in the witness box as P.W.1, since the trial has Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:
