After having heard at length, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Application with liberty to approach the trial court for temporary bail on the ground that Applicant's wife is critically ill. He submits that she is on dialysis. Permission granted.

Criminal Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to approach the trial court for temporary bail, as sought.

The trial court shall consider the application, so filed, on its own merit.
