Learned counsel for Applicant informs that trial has commenced and four witnesses have already been examined and there is every possibility that within a month the trial would be concluded. In the circumstances he seeks permission on instructions to withdraw the present application with a prayer to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial within one month. He further informs that trial is fixed tomorrow.

In the circumstances permission is granted to Applicant to withdraw present application with direction to learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one month from the next fixed date.
