Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the recitals of the FIR and investigation papers, the involvement of the present applicant is a scam in which the employee of the Court is also involved. Considering the gravity of the offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
