On 10/10/2024, as I have already shown my disinclination to grant bail. The learned counsel for the applicant sought time to make appropriate statements. 2.

Today, he has pointed out that, as per instructions received from his client, on the basis of the FIR lodged by the victim, several offences are registered against the different persons, and he wants to collect the documents to that extent, and therefore, requested for time. 3.
