7) The learned APP waives notice to respondent No. 1. 8) Investigating Officer shall serve the respondent No. 2 and file report of service.

9) The learned APP shall place a copy of the charge-sheet and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
