In this case, offences under the provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant. Hence, leave is granted to the applicant to add the victim as party respondent No.3.

The amendment be carried out forthwith by appropriately concealing the identity and address of the victim. 3.

Issue notice to newly added respondent No. 3, returnable on 25th November, 2024.
