Since the crime is under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999, Mr. Dedhia, learned APP is directed to take cognizance of this order and file Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same shall be served on the Advocate for Applicant in advance.

In Bail Application No.472 of 2024, Affidavit-in-Reply has been filed by the prosecution. Copy of the same shall be given to the Advocate for Applicant immediately.
