Ms. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP states on instructions that prosecution intends to examine only 12 witnesses. Admittedly, the charges are framed on 11/07/2025 and one witness has already been examined. In these circumstances, Mr. Satre, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Application with liberty to file a fresh application if trial does not substantially progress after 6 months. 2.
