Mr. Shriram, learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer has placed on record an order dated 12th June 2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan in Sessions Case No. 155 of 2022, whereby the Applicant in the present matter has already been released on bail in connection with offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 143, 147, 149, 427 of the IPC and under Section 4/25 of the Arms Act registered at Kalyan Taluka, Police Station vide C.R. No. 570 of 2021 on certain conditions. The said order is taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

In these circumstances, nothing survives in the present Bail Application.
