The learned APP has placed on record the order dated 29th July 2025, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, which indicates that the charge has been altered, and it is submitted that the Trial Court has scheduled the matter for final arguments on 17th September 2025.

In view of the above, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial on or before 13th October 2025. If the trial is not concluded by the said date, it shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court on the ground of prolonged incarceration.
