Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers. In view of the guidelines issued by the Division Bench of this Court, in Criminal Public Interest Litigation No.4/2015 ( Freedom Firm vs. Commissioner of Police, Pune & Ors.) decided on 30.10.2015 and considering the direct involvement of the present applicant in the Human Trafficking, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant. 3.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial.

Permission is granted to withdraw the application.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
