In view of the order dated 28.03.2025, Mr. Gohil, learned appointed Advocate is not once again present. His appointment therefore stands cancelled.

In place of Mr. Rishiraj Gohil, Ms. Tahera Qureshi, Advocate (Mobile No.9821586627) practicing in this Court who is present in the Court is appointed as Advocate to represent and espouse the case of Applicant through the legal aid.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is directed to give appointment letter and papers of the matter to the

Advocate for Applicant shall serve a copy of Application on the appointed Advocate forthwith. Learned appointed Advocate is directed to consider the Application and accordingly make her submission on the next adjourned date.

It is prima facie seen that Applicant is incarcerated for past more than 6 years for offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860(for short 'IPC').
