This Court by order dated 4th November, 2023 directed the trial Court to record the evidence of victim. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the inspite of above order, the evidence of victim is yet to be recorded. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that a specific date be granted and on that day victim will remain present before the trial Court for recording her evidence. The victim shall remain present before the trial Court on 20th January, 2025. The Trial Court shall endeavour to record evidence of the victim on that day or within one week thereafter.

List the present application for further consideration on 27th January 2025.
