After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers it reveals that 15 years and 4 months girl was subjected for sexual assault by the present applicant who is a grown up man and considering the gravity of the offence, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. 4.

Permission is granted.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
