This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after perusal of the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial, as the applicant is behind bar approximately for more than one year.
4.
The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file after nine months, considering the pendency before the trial court. 5.
The fees of the appointed counsel be quantified as per Rule.
