Victim be impleaded as party Respondent No.2 to this application by concealing her identity.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. 5.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21 March 2024. 6.

Learned APP waives service on behalf of Respondent - State. 7.

The concerned IO shall serve Respondent No.2 and file report of service.

The applicant shall furnish a copy of the application to the IO for being served on the Respondent No.2.
