The counsel for the Applicant submits that the D.N.A. report is awaited and based on the extra judicial confession, it would not be proper to continue the judicial custody of the Applicant. 2.

It is really shocking that the D.N.A. sample of deceased forwarded on 9th August, 2023 for the analysis has not been analyzed and report to that effect is submitted to the Investigating Officer or Trial Court from last more than one year.

As such, we expedite the submission of the D.N.A. sample analysis report.

Let the D.N.A. sampling be carried out expeditiously. The report to be submitted to the Trial Court within a period of four months from today.
