2. By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.84 of 2022, registered with Talbid Police Station, District: Satara for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. Having gone through the charge-sheet and the relevant material collected by the Investigating Officer during investigation, it is evident that there is sufficient incriminating material against the RRaut

6-BA622-2024.doc applicant namely recovery of iron rod and spade at the instance of the applicant, the vehicle wherein blood stains were found, moreover, the motive. It has come on the record that there was illicit relations of the applicant with the wife of the deceased. Furthermore, there are statements of the minor children of the deceased and the witnesses, which prima-facie support the case of the prosecution. The offence is very serious.

4. Considering the nature of the evidence collected against the applicant, I do not find this as a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
