Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant for some time and since the court has shown disinclination to consider the Bail Application at this stage, learned counsel submit that he should be permitted to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to approach the Trial Court after a period of six months.

Considering the above statement, liberty is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty to approach the Trial Court after a period of six months or after framing of the charge whichever is earlier.

Bail Application stands disposed of.
