After hearing for sometime and when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to move a fresh application in case there is no progress of trial in future. 2.

Permission to withdraw bail application is granted with liberty to move a fresh before trial Court after six months if there is no progress in the trial.
