According to learned Advocate Ms. Solkar in fact his client is granted anticipatory bail in CR No. 174 of 2023 registered with Satpur Police Station. That offence is registered on the complaint of the accused no. 2-Sunil Sarode. Now the present offence is with Kolsewadi Police Station. This Applicant and Sunil are the accused. Sunil is granted ad-interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2023. The order is on page no. 45. According to her, both the offences are connected.

On the next date, this matter will be heard positively. No adjournment will be granted.
